Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure cohesive student support within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, where the focus remains on cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential education and making a lasting impact on students' lives.
