Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor students, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers to connect them with resources. Design and implement initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while enabling students to make a lasting impact on their lives.
