Full Time Project Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups, mentor students, and collaborate with teachers to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. This role focuses on creating a nurturing environment for pre-K through 12th grade residential students while fostering professional development.
