Full Time Project Specialist

Facilitate small-group sessions and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Mentor students, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect learners with resources. Design and implement initiatives within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential pre-K through 12th grade institution. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while enabling professional growth within a team dedicated to lasting impact on student lives.
