Job Summary
Greet customers and employees professionally while maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Process and stock produce items, monitor cooler temperatures, and ensure proper product rotation for freshness. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and utensils sanitized. Monitor floor conditions to guarantee safety and report any risks, theft, or fraud. Assist the manager in meeting gross profit, shrink, and sales goals while upholding Renfroe's mission statement. This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
