FULL TIME PRODUCE CLERK

Greet customers and employees professionally while maintaining a clean, organized impression through appearance and work area conditions. Process and stock produce items per store policy, monitor coolers and freezers to ensure proper product temperature, and maintain fresh, safe conditions for all goods. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and well-organized, ensuring proper product rotation. Monitor floor conditions for safety, maintain sanitized utensils, and report any safety risks, illegal activity, or theft. Assist the manager in exceeding gross profit, shrink, and sales goals while instilling the department's mission statement. This role requires standing, walking, lifting 50 pounds, and bending; full-time employment at Renfroe's.
