Job Summary
Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care for children ages 1-21 with trachs, vents, and g-tubes in San Antonio. Manage complex medical needs to ensure safe growth and thriving at home while supporting families. Receive specialized, hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care with 24/7 support from the team. No prior experience required; pediatric experience is a plus. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules available across days, nights, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LVN
- Must be able to work Days, Nights, Evenings and Weekends
- Must be able to care for children ages 1-21 years old
- Must be able to care for children with trachs, vents, and g-tubes
