Job Summary
Preschool Teacher with a 9:00 AMā6:00 PM schedule in a full-time role. Create a warm, welcoming classroom where preschoolers learn, explore, and grow through play-based activities. Implement the LEAP CurriculumĀ® to support each child's developmental and academic growth, foster independence, creativity, and confidence, maintain a safe and nurturing environment, and regularly communicate with parents about progress and milestones. Collaborate with leadership and fellow teachers to achieve classroom goals and build strong relationships with families and coworkers. No nights or weekends; opportunities for advancement and professional development are available.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 1+ year of experience in a preschool classroom preferred
- Associateās Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (plus)
- Current CDA Certification (plus)
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- Must meet state licensing requirements
