Job Summary
Prepare items from our daily production list using provided recipes, pre-wrap and label products for sale, keep the kitchen clean to sanitation standards, and pitch in with weekend shifts as needed. Follow all Weavers Way policies and procedures, attend team meetings and all-staff gatherings, help with quarterly inventory counts, read the day book at shift start, and take on other duties as assigned by Kitchen Management. Requires com mitment to the mission, prior experience in restaurant or commercial kitchens, proficient knife skills, and ability to work in a high-volume, collaborative kitchen environment while standing up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs. A genuine passion for food and current culinary trends, plus being a member in good standing of Weavers Way Co-op, are preferred traits.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in restaurant or commercial kitchens is required.
- Proficient knife skills.
