Job Summary
Valor Hill is seeking a full-time porter to perform routine maintenance tasks, complete preventative maintenance, manage on-call duties, and ensure the upkeep of properties. General maintenance experience is required and preferred qualifications include HVAC training and make-ready experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Required Qualifications
- General maintenance experience required
- Own/provide your own basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, team members, family members, and outside contacts
Desired Qualifications
- Make-ready experience preferred
- HVAC experience/training (license is a plus)
- Certification in one or more of the following: CPO, electrical and/or EPA
- Bilingual English-Spanish a plus
