Job Summary
Pizza Baker is responsible for the preparation of Pizza, Stromboli, Calzones, etc. Day-to-day tasks include preparation of pizza for the day, assisting customers within the department, preparing prepackaged pizza/products for customers, and rotating shelves. Must have knowledge of food preparation and be able to safely operate kitchen equipment (knives, ovens, scales, wrapping machines, steamers, mixers). Requires 18+ years with 1–3 years of experience and strong customer service and communication skills; emphasizes teamwork, reliability, flexibility, and problem-solving in a family-oriented store environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of experience
- Knowledge on food preparation
- Safely use/operate knives, ovens, scales, wrapping machine, steamers, mixers, and all other equipment required in the day to day operation of the kitchen
- Excellent customer service
- Good oral communication skills
