Job Summary
Teach Pilates classes at Club Pilates studios including group, private, and semi-private sessions. Must be skilled in using Mat and Reformer (minimum), with additional skills in Chair, Springboard, Cadillac, TRX, Magic Circle, and other equipment. Provide modifications and progressions based on client injuries/limitations; ensure safety and alignment; stay aligned with Club Pilates education standards; develop safe, effective, and challenging class plans; deliver Intro classes, group apparatus classes, and scheduled private/semi-private sessions; maintain flexible scheduling and opportunities for subbing; participate in ongoing education and growth opportunities; enjoy a nurturing environment and client-focused instruction.
Required Qualifications
- 200 - 450+ hour Pilates education (minimum including Mat and Reformer)
- Capable of using contemporary approach to classical exercises
- Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities
- Professional and effective communication skills
- Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry (Pilates)
- Passion for learning and continued education trainings/seminars
- Punctual and reliable
