Job Summary
Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings; prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment; complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards; collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care and referrals to other medical providers and community services; provide injections if needed; APP collaboration; schedule and locations for coverage at Sparta, Tullahoma, and Fayetteville clinics; rigorous licensure and board-certification requirements for practice in Tennessee.
Required Qualifications
- Active and clear licensure to practice medicine in the state(s) in which patient care will be provided
- DEA Certificate of Registration in the state of practice
- Board certified in primary specialty in one of: Family Practice/Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Practice, Psychiatry
