Job Summary
Provide comprehensive OBGYN care to a patient panel, including risk assessment, prenatal management, labor and delivery, and surgical procedures while diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions. Mentor Family Medicine fellows and residents in outpatient and inpatient settings, participate in curriculum development, and engage in scholarly activities. Split time between direct patient care and teaching duties, covering after-hours call and labor decks per departmental guidance. Maintain timely documentation and lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. Requires unrestricted Washington State medical license, board certification in OBGYN, and at least one year of teaching experience.
Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted Washington State medical license by the time of employment
- Board certified/eligible in OBGYN
- DEA, NPI, and state prescriptive authority by the time of employment
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 yr experience teaching in a residency/fellowship environment (GME) or other medical teaching environment (UME) preferred
- Clinically active in OBGYN preferred
