Job Summary
Review patient histories, perform physical examinations, and evaluate, diagnose, and provide appropriate treatment and patient care. Refer patients to specialists as needed, review test results to recommend management, prescribe medications, and formulate treatment and disease management plans. Communicate with the clinical team to ensure total delivery of care while managing an average of 22 to 23 patients per day, all supported by dedicated clinical assistants. Utilize the Epic EHR for documentation. The practice serves 500,000 patients annually across 35 offices in the NYC metro area.
