Job Summary
Occupational Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant) to perform baseline and annual physicals, evaluate and treat industrial and non-industrial medical conditions, infectious/hazardous material exposures, and provide DOT driver examinations. Roles based in Casa Grande and Tucson with a 7:00a–4:00p M-F schedule, Call 1:4, and mentorship available. Requires PA-C (NCCPA), DEA for controlled substances, current AZ license or eligibility, ACLS/BLS, and NRCME DOT certification; experience in occupational medicine or urgent care preferred. 5K sign-on bonus and comprehensive Banner Health benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- PA-C designation (NCCPA)
- Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances
- Current AZ license or eligibility
- ACLS/BLS
- NRCME (DOT) driver examinations certification
