Job Summary
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Full Time at Chardon Healthcare Center. Performs direct therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, implements treatment plans, reviews and records medical history, and collaborates with other team members and family to improve residents’ mobility and quality of life. Opportunity to work at multiple centers within CommuniCare Rehab family; benefits include competitive wages, PTO, and ongoing CEU opportunities. Requires PTA degree from an accredited program and a valid or pending state PTA license. The role supports in-house therapy services for residents across facilities within the CommuniCare system.
Required Qualifications
- A Physical Therapy Assistant Degree from an Accredited Program
- Hold a valid or pending State Physical Therapy Assistant License
