Job Summary
Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in an AL/IL community and outpatient setting. Develop individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, independence, and quality of life. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional care and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. This full-time role at Synergy Care's Stonebridge-Russellville community includes 12 days PTO, comprehensive health benefits, and a mentorship program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Louisiana
