Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and establish individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, and functionality. Implement therapeutic exercise programs geared towards promoting recovery and relieving pain, guiding patients through each step of their rehabilitation. Administer and monitor the use of modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and other treatments within your scope of practice. Ensure meticulous documentation of patient progress, tracking improvements in range of motion, strength, and overall functional capabilities. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals and ensure integrated care for patients. Work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Salary ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in Texas
- Proven ability to create and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions
- A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting
- Preference given to those who have worked in a rehabilitation facility
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with electronic health record systems and familiarity with patient documentation practices
- Exposure to diverse patient demographics, particularly in sports and geriatric rehabilitation
