Job Summary
Conduct detailed evaluations for each patient to develop personalized treatment plans, then implement a comprehensive mix of therapeutic modalities including manual therapies, exercise regimens, and targeted education. Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt strategies as necessary, while providing clear instructions for independent exercises and maintaining meticulous documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver the highest standard of care for individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current or pending Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, with a focus on outpatient rehabilitation
- Experience with advanced therapeutic techniques, such as sports rehabilitation or manual therapy
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
