Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to enhance recovery from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. Implement a continuum of therapeutic interventions, evaluate progress to adjust strategies, and deliver skilled physical therapy services in outpatient and home health settings. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapies and assistive devices while managing caseloads through effective prioritization and daily staffing coordination. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM onsite at Epic Physiotherapy Clinic in Lakewood, New Jersey, serving both adult and pediatric populations.
Required Qualifications
- Active license as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
