Job Summary

Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical capabilities and integrate physician referrals into tailored treatment plans. Design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs addressing unique needs through manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, and patient education. Monitor progress continuously to modify protocols and optimize outcomes while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies. Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining clear communication regarding treatment plans and recovery timelines. Participate in team meetings and pursue professional development to stay current with evidence-based practices. Treat diverse populations including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports-related injury cases.

Required Qualifications

  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting
  • Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate patient interactions and documentation
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills, including electronic medical record (EMR) systems and word processing
  • A genuine passion for building strong therapeutic relationships with patients to inspire trust and enhance their recovery journey
  • A desire to positively connect and engage with patients and the community

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred Experience treating a variety of conditions across multiple specialties, including but not limited to orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine cases
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment protocols
  • A proactive approach towards continuing education
