Job Summary
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patients' unique needs and physician referrals. Utilize evidence-based methodologies to deliver therapeutic care across specialties including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine. Consult, educate, and train patients and caregivers on treatment plans and at-home exercises to encourage ongoing recovery. Meet established utilization goals and participate in clinic initiatives that align with the mission to enhance patient care delivery. This full-time role is onsite at the Rehabilitation Center in Chantilly, VA, with a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- valid DPT license in the State of Virginia
- Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in word processing and documentation software
