Job Summary
Provide individualized physical therapy services including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to help patients achieve maximum functional independence and reach rehabilitation goals. Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure the highest quality of care across emergency, acute hospital, outpatient, and assisted living settings. Requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy with at least one year of experience and some Sports Medicine background. U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
