Evaluate, review, and screen residents’ medical charts to develop individualized PT treatment plans; implement treatment and supervise PTAs; lead interdisciplinary meetings and provide education to rehab team and families; opportunity to work at multiple centers within CommuniCare Rehab; role requires a Physical Therapist with PT degree and licensure, eligible for licensure in OH; no wage freeze, PTO, CEU opportunities; in-house team member at Burlington Healthcare Center.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program
- Hold a valid or pending State Physical Therapy License
