Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical limitations and establish personalized treatment goals. Implement hands-on therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to reduce pain and improve mobility. Regularly monitor and document patient progress while adapting treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes. Build strong communication channels with patients and families to educate them on exercise regimens and home management strategies. Stay informed of evidence-based practices and participate in case discussions to foster a collaborative approach to care. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a diverse patient population recovering from surgeries, chronic pain, and sports injuries.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid Physical Therapist licensure in Texas
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably within outpatient rehabilitation
- Experience working with a range of conditions, both acute and chronic
- Proficient in the application of physical therapy modalities and therapeutic exercise programs
