Job Summary
Manage an active caseload of approximately 35 patients per week, conducting comprehensive assessments to identify rehabilitation needs and create personalized treatment plans. Administer hands-on therapy to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance functional independence through tailored exercise regimens. Offer continued support and education for patients and families regarding home exercises and lifestyle adjustments. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with medical record standards using the EMR system. Focus on geriatric care for older adults dealing with mobility issues, postoperative recovery, or chronic pain conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Oregon
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques tailored to different patient needs
- Understanding of electronic medical record systems
- Possession of a clean professional license with no history of disciplinary actions
