Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist in Colorado
- Strong clinical knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and their families
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a physical therapy role, preferably within a home care or outpatient setting
