Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed at Our Lady of Peace in Charlottesville, VA for a Full-Time role within a senior living community. Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, re-evaluating, discharge planning, and revising plans of care under physician supervision. Requires accredited PT degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate) and active state licensure; opportunity to supervise PT assistants. On-site therapy gym environment with collaborative, wellness-focused team and pathways for professional growth including company-paid CEUs. Sign-on bonus of $15,000 for direct applicants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state license.
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
- Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
