Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of physician-referred patients to design individualized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise, and modalities rooted in evidence-based practice. Adjust treatment protocols using clinical judgment and patient feedback to optimize recovery outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise strategies and recovery techniques. Collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care while meeting utilization and efficiency goals. Manage patient populations ranging from orthopedic injuries to neurological conditions and sports-related trauma.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program
- A valid Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) license in the State of New Jersey
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
- familiarity with word processing and relevant computer systems
