Job Summary
Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and revise established plans of care as supervised by the physician. Provide essential therapy services to residents while supervising Physical Therapy Assistants. Maintain current licensure and possess working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and clinical programs. Complete all required screenings, certifications, and licensure specific to the location. Work Monday through Friday in a supportive, close-knit environment near Orland Square Mall.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines
- Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
