Job Summary
Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and revise established plans of care under physician supervision. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and apply current knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and clinical programs. Maintain active state licensure and complete all required screenings and certifications. This role supports a resident-centered environment at The Cedars of Chapel Hill, a Life Plan Community committed to helping older adults thrive through exceptional services and wellness-focused living.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines
- Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
