Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and revise established plans of care under physician supervision. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and apply current Functional Pathways policies and clinical programs to resident care. Maintain active state licensure and complete all required screenings and certifications. Located at Givens Highland Farms in Black Mountain, NC, this role supports a senior living community offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for direct applicants. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license

- Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines
