Job Summary
Full-Time Physical Therapist providing direct patient care in home health across the Easton/Boston area. Evaluate functional needs, develop, implement, and adjust individualized plans of care based on assessments and patient progress. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise therapy assistants and other staff, and maintain accurate documentation including evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and required signatures. Travel up to 50% within the assigned coverage area; must hold a graduate degree from an APTA-approved physical therapy program and an unrestricted license in the practice state. Requires ability to travel, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. Company offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive guaranteed annual salary between $95,000 and $115,000.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy program
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned coverage area
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in compliance with state laws
