Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based rehabilitation protocols for diverse populations including post-operative, chronic pain, and neurological cases. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, lead clinical students, and maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions. Manage daily schedules effectively while engaging in community outreach to promote services. This full-time onsite role at our state-of-the-art Stafford, Virginia facility supports our mission to enhance lives through exceptional physical therapy services.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Virginia
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
