Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment plans. Implement and modify treatment protocols based on ongoing assessments and individual patient progress. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to treat conditions in orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine domains. Provide exceptional customer service, foster an inviting atmosphere, and educate patients and caregivers on self-management strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient management and meet minimum utilization goals. Submit CV and cover letter detailing relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active state license to practice physical therapy in Florida
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in word processing and various software
- Strong interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of two years' experience in physical therapy, ideally in a clinical setting focused on outpatient rehabilitation
- Experience working with patients across a range of specialties, including pediatrics, orthopedics, and sports medicine
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and the ability to apply them in a practical and meaningful way
