Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans addressing specific therapeutic goals. Implement a variety of treatment techniques, including exercise regimens, stretching, hands-on therapy, and specialized equipment, to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Regularly track and document patient progress, adjusting therapeutic goals as necessary based on patient response. Instruct patients and families on proper use of assistive devices ensuring a smooth transition to home care. Provide education and training to caregivers and healthcare team members regarding best practices in physical therapy and patient care. Stay up to date with the latest developments in physical therapy by participating in workshops, relevant educational opportunities, and professional networks. Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
