Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall physical function. Maintain strong relationships with patients and their families, acting as a mentor to educate them about their health and recovery processes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through shared insights and collective expertise. Meet established utilization goals and contribute to the efficiency of clinic operations. This full-time role at our onsite Fort Lauderdale rehabilitation center offers a competitive salary of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid physical therapy license in the State of Florida
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer and word processing skills
- A genuine desire to build effective relationships with patients and community partners
