Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations for injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions to develop tailored treatment plans. Implement therapeutic techniques including exercise regimens, hands-on manual therapy, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Track progress meticulously, maintaining detailed records and adjusting plans to meet evolving patient goals. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment protocols and safe device usage. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care. Stay current with field advancements through workshops and continuing education. Work onsite at our rehabilitation center in Boca Grande, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid State License in Physical Therapy
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing
- Ability to be agile and adaptable within a fast-paced environment
