Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and administer therapies including exercise, manual techniques, and modalities like ultrasound. Maintain meticulous documentation of progress and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and PTAs to coordinate care. Provide mentorship to PTAs and adjust interventions based on evidence-based practices for diverse populations managing orthopedic, neurological, and chronic conditions. Work Monday through Friday with occasional rotating weekend shifts. Submit a resume and cover letter detailing experience and interest in joining the team.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple patient cases effectively
- A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical Physical Therapy setting
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
