Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical conditions and functional abilities, then create personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches. Implement therapeutic interventions including hands-on techniques, exercises, and modalities such as heat and electrical stimulation while educating patients on body mechanics and injury prevention. Monitor and document patient progress throughout treatment, making data-driven adjustments to care plans as necessary. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgical cases, and chronic pain conditions. Maintain detailed patient records documenting interventions and outcomes. This full-time role includes Monday through Friday hours from 9 am to 5 pm with scheduling flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience treating a diverse range of physical conditions
- Proficiency in various advanced physical therapy modalities and treatment techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
