Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and implement evidence-based treatment plans for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Provide hands-on therapeutic care to restore functional mobility, document progress in digital records, and educate patients on exercises to prevent future injuries. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes and meet utilization goals while delivering exceptional customer service to patients, families, and caregivers.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA or CAPTE
- Current State License in Physical Therapy to practice in Oregon
- Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association
- Proven communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively engage with patients and team members
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software for maintaining patient records and tracking progress
Desired Qualifications
- Prior clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine settings
- Experience working with pediatric and neurologic populations
- Familiarity with digital healthcare systems and patient management software
