Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid state license as a Physical Therapist as required by local regulations
- Certification in CPR through the American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers
Desired Qualifications
