Job Summary
Evaluate patients referred by physicians and craft personalized treatment programs tailored to individual needs. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address musculoskeletal, neurological, and pediatric concerns, ensuring optimal functional outcomes. Provide ongoing education and training to patients and caregivers to empower them in managing conditions post-treatment. Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to continuously evaluate and enhance treatment protocols and delivery methods. Demonstrate excellent customer service and attend to the holistic needs of each patient throughout the rehabilitation process while meeting minimum utilization goals.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
- Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Strong computer skills
- A commitment to building trusting relationships with patients and their families
- Minimum of two years of physical therapy experience
