Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to determine physical therapy needs, developing individualized treatment plans that align with rehabilitation goals. Utilize therapeutic techniques, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and specialized equipment, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility while monitoring and documenting progress to adjust plans based on ongoing feedback. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and assistive device usage to ensure safe home care practices. Work with diverse populations ranging from children to elderly adults with conditions including sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain management. Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations in a collaborative onsite environment equipped with state-of-the-art tools. This full-time role offers a flexible Monday-to-Friday schedule with an annual salary of $100,000 to $120,000, including a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure in Physical Therapy
