Job Summary

Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to determine functional limitations and disabilities. Develop individualized treatment plans based on detailed assessments, incorporating input from patients and family members. Implement and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education. Document all patient interactions accurately, including treatment progress and response to care, in compliance with professional standards and regulations. Provide consultations to healthcare providers regarding the continuum of care for patients, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination. Participate actively in team meetings and case discussions to develop cohesive strategies for patient treatment and resource management. Contribute to community outreach and marketing efforts to promote our services and educate the community about the benefits of physical therapy. This full-time role is onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Lincroft, New Jersey, with an annual salary range of $100,000 to $120,000.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • A valid State License to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and interdisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with documentation systems and electronic health records
  • minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
