Job Summary
Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to develop individualized treatment plans, then implement and modify these plans using evidence-based techniques. Document treatment progress and billing accurately while engaging patients and families in education regarding self-care strategies. Consult with physicians and nursing staff to coordinate care, supervise support staff, and participate in community outreach and quality improvement projects. Work onsite at the Rehabilitation Center in Charlottesville for 40 hours per week, including variable weekends, with a salary of $100,000 to $120,000.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid State License in Physical Therapy
- Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Strong computer and documentation skills
- Work 40 hours per week
- Variable weekends
