Job Summary
Evaluate, plan, and implement detailed treatment programs for patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, pediatric cases, and sports injuries. Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities while consulting with referring physicians to ensure coordinated care. Demonstrate exceptional customer service by educating patients and caregivers on treatment plans and lifestyle changes to enhance recovery. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to maximize outcomes and meet established utilization goals. Work onsite Monday through Friday in a 40-hour week within our Clearwater outpatient facility.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- A valid State License in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
