Job Summary

Educate patients on injury prevention and body mechanics while regularly monitoring progress to adjust treatment plans and optimize outcomes. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care plans and maintain detailed documentation of interventions and progress notes in compliance with legal standards. Treat diverse demographics including those with chronic pain, joint issues, sports injuries, and post-surgical recovery needs. Requires current Arizona licensure, APTA board certification, and a minimum of one year of clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current and valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Arizona
- Board certification through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting
