Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine physical capabilities and limitations. Design and implement customized treatment programs focused on improving mobility, functionality, and quality of life using evidence-based techniques for orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine cases. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes while providing both in-clinic and home-based therapeutic services. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, exercise protocols, and home management strategies to promote independent recovery. Maintain accurate patient documentation and meet utilization goals. Requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), current New Jersey license, and two years of clinical experience. Competitive salary of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually with performance incentives and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapist role.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to patients and their families.
- Proficient with computer systems and word processing software to effectively manage patient records.
- A commitment to building meaningful relationships with patients and an eagerness to engage with the community.
Desired Qualifications
